They have some good players to return from injury shortly but it is not always easy to get back up to speed quickly. I think it is between us, Brentford and Leeds for the last spot

Leeds nailed on to sack Bielsa now in aid to get a new manager bounce.

Their position looks pretty perilous though.

I mean I’m not arsed about impressing neutrals at this point and only care about accruing more points than our rivals.
Wasn't the point I was making. My point agrees with your sentiment. It makes me worry about our only win in 16 games are against a side gettong hockied out of it. Its concerning relegation.

Take City later on out of the equation because anything other than a battering is a shock. We’d then have 2 games in hand on Leeds and Brentford and a win would take us above both. They’ve been in shocking form too which helps. Think Norwich and Watford are nailed on down and I think we should have enough to move up if we can get any sort of run going. 2 wins on the bounce will take any team out of this that’s all it takes just a little bit of momentum.

Start again next season with Lampard and the new DoF and see if we can do anything.

Thank god for Leeds and Brentford.
I am hoping Brentford v The toon is a draw at 3pm, Brentford would be 3 points ahead but we would have 4 games in hand before we play today, Toon would be 1 point ahead but again we have 2 games in hand, and Leeds would be 1 point ahead but we will have 3 games in hand, i know games in hand mean nothing but the closer the teams around us are, the better instead of us been 5 points behind someone with games in hand

The thing with Leeds is with Bielsa they’re probably still exceeding their actual quality. He’s a good manager but they’re total championship quality, same as Sheffield United when they came up, did well first season before teams knew how to play against them and did nothing to improve second season.
