Just to switch things around a bit. If you were a Burnley player and saw Everton having United and Leicester in consecutive games, you would be more than a little disappointed to see them take 4 points from those 2 games.
I don't really know what to make of last night at the minute. It all depends on tonight. If Burnley win then it's 2 points dropped.

Its painful to say but this team (along with the club in general) objectively deserves relegation. Just rotten all over the gaff. I know you could make the case that if we'd just got few more scrappy draws like last night then we'd be comfortably away from the relegation zone but the fact is that we didn't so we aren't. A part of me just gave up last night. I don't doubt that some of the players sincerely care but the truth is that they're just a horrendous football team. It'll be a miracle if we beat the drop and a horrendous reflection on those who finish beneath us.
That would nearly give us top six form which isn't going to happen.
It would also mean Burnley showing form they have probably never shown before.
Those totals aren't impossible by any means but I think both sides might fall a point or two short of those totals. If Burnley get 4 or 6 points from the next 2 then we are going to need to win 3 out of 7 games.

I would have a lot more hope of Wolves getting a result than Southampton. But if Burnley get the first goal in either game, I think they will win.
