Do we?

Palace - on the beach
Leicester x2 - on the beach
Brentford - will be on the beach when we play them
I dont buy all this on the beach stuff myself and never have, they are professionals and will want to win even if they have nothing to play for, that's how i see the games,

is this tho without burnley winning to i guess
To get to 36 points Burnley would need to take 12 points from 8 games, that's really ot happening Matty. Did you see them against Norwich on Sunday? They are a terrible team, they even struggled to beat us and we are abject away from home. Burnley are abysmal both home and away, we on the other hand, are not too bad at home. We are also 4 points ahead of them. All we need now are 2 more home wins and a couple of draws to be safe.

We shouldn't look into how bad Burnley are. It will not factor into Lampards preparations for the coming games. If they are as bad as it seems then the coming games will tell. But it isn't beyond any team to put a few results together when form suggests the complete opposite. And certainly not out of the question that we fail to pick up sufficient points either. That's the risk. Even then, its mitigated by the 4-point gap and how we respond.

There will be further low moments for us I think and points where we might think the pendulum has swung back in their favour. It's still game by game and we have to go to the pit also.

The only thing I'm looking for is for it to be resolved in our favour, before the final game. I'm a veteran of '94 and '98 and could not bear that stress again. And this time, our luck would probably run out.

I agree with that in the case of Keane, he went for 2 yellow cards and had no desperate need to make either of the challenges he was booked for, especially the second one knowing he was already on a yellow. Allan, however, I thought was unfortunate. Yes it was a questionable challenge, but, it was really no more than a yellow card.
He had two feet off the gorund at one point.

That hands VAR an easy decision.

Why aren’t you directing your frustrations at the owner for appointing a manager that’s been despised by this fanbase for over a decade? I thought as the self-appointed resident anti-Moshiri guy you would’ve jumped at that opportunity.
You can both back the manager and criticise the owner.
