Relegation Thread 25-26

That result must be devastating for West Ham fans but Forest after the mid week game that result is massive.

I had West Ham as certs for the drop now I’m not so sure

I hope Palace pull away because I like them as a club, but one more bad week and that gap is going to start looking very nervy. I think they should have moved Glasner on as soon as he decided he doesn’t want to be there. No one decent will join knowing that he won’t be there at the end of the season.

Yeah, the ownership - who were asleep at the wheel last year over Europe - didn't have the stones to move Glasner on when he made it clear he wasn't extending. Same with Guehi. It would have taken brave leadership on both counts, and they would have been criticised hugely, but they bottled it. Went for the easy option: do nothing. So instead of getting 60m for Guehi, they took 20m. And instead of having a new manager and a clear plan, they have a departing Glasner, total uncertainty, and freefall.

When a manager says he's off, he should be. There and then. We did it under Kenwright when Moyes had a deal in his pocket months before our season ended. We watched him run out on us and gave him a guard of honour. Chelsea, meanwhile, saw Maresca flirting with City and sacked him there and then. The act of a big club.

Mate I think Chelsea sacked Maresca because they were crap.

Managers coming into a final season of a contract that’s not being extended is a recipe for disaster. If players drop even a % you lose games in the PL.

shame for leeds whove looked good and spent a lot less

would love spurs to get sucked in

real shame burnley couldnt get it over the line
