I really don't know who that third relegated team is going to be now after west hams win.

Odds are it's still going to be West Ham, Leeds or Forest. Maybe Bournemouth, but I think Palace and Spurs are relatively safe. Although the way Spurs are going, you never know.
Leeds have been playing well recently but they'll be twitching against us on Monday after West Hams result.

That's fair. I know one game only means so much, but this might be a bit more open than I originally thought cause I figured wham were (and still are) in the most trouble outside of Burnley and Wolves. I'd really be sweating Monday if I were a Leeds supporter.
And for what its worth I don't think Bournemouth, Spurs or Palace are in the relegation discussion at all at the moment.

It would take an enormous shift in results to drag anyone above Leeds into it really. You can never say never but 10 points is a huge gap when you’re talking about teams who are well past the halfway stage and going at less than a point a game.
