Next 3 games, crucial

Historically, a team that does not win between GW31–GW33 in a relegation battle goes down around 80% of the time.

A jump or dip in form NOW will leave little time to swing it back.

Next 3 games for each;

Tottenham Hotspur
  1. Liverpool (A)
  2. Nottingham Forest (H)
  3. Sunderland (A)
West Ham United
  1. Manchester City (H)
  2. Everton (A)
  3. Brentford (H)
Nottingham Forest
  1. Fulham (H)
  2. Tottenham (A)
  3. Arsenal (A)
Leeds United
  1. Crystal Palace (A)
  2. West Ham (H)
  3. Tottenham (A)

History says one of these teams will get zero from 9 and won’t recover

We play West Ham away

We already drew with them at home

Lovely being able to relax and watch this relegation battle unfold without us being anywhere near it. Quite exciting
it is, isn't it. usually its all the promoted sides all in the mix with 1 team like us trying to scrap out of the dreaded zone

this year only 1 promoted side is down there.

I cant choose between spurs or forest more. would be nice if wolves and west ham both survive instead

I want Spurs to go down, but I also don’t want Liverpool to win next week. I genuinely can’t make up my mind…

I think that will be taken out of your hands. If i was a bookie i might close the book on Spurs winning there.
I cant see their next win. After liverpool they have forest. I think forest will run them ragged. Then away to Sunderland. Nope cant see it. Home to Brighton is the only possible i see. Then they have two aways. Wolves and Villa.
Bookies odds right now.

West ham 6/4
Spurs 13/8
Forest 3-1
Leeds 6-1

I was surprised Spurs were not odds on. They're in freefall and look like they havent a clue how to stop it. Their fans have already chucked it in.

Looking at those remaining fixtures, if West Ham don't beat Everton at home, they will go down for me.

They play 4 bottom half teams, not sure how you’ve worked that one out. Still got Wolves and Leeds at home as well, they’ll probably see us as one of the tougher remaining games with our away record.

I feel Wolves and Leeds will be fighting for their lives. Even if we give West Ham a win and a loss there, the Everton game appears pivotal for me.
