In financial terms there's a fair chance, as they are arguing that they avoided selling Johnson which would have saved them, therefore you'd expect that they're at least £30 million over, so a 12 points deduction based on the Premier League calculation.

Johnson was sold in the 2023/24 season so has nothing to do with their 2022/23 accounts.

No they haven't been released, but that has been widely reported as their claim of mitigation. There is no maximum allowed.
