It would be interesting to know the exact amount forest is over the limit. In fact it would be very interesting to see all the accounts from all the clubs...apparently about 80% are close to the limit. Some might be in trouble next year if they don't make a big player sale this year before July 1st and we know that there is no money really for any significant transfer.
