We had a share of the ball, more shots on target, more corners etc, we just couldnt score, wasnt a bad performance.

Wonder goal at the start knocked us a bit, but we couldve gone in at HT 2-1 up.

Prior to sunday we'd won 6 of our last 9, we've looked nothing like last season or twos side in the past couple of months.

We should be 2pts off the top half fs.
I get what you're saying. But my concern is that we didn't score and can you honestly tell me even if we had another 45 minutes in that game if you fancied us to score, i didnt. I knew as soon as their 2nd goal went in it was curtains. The players looked like they were playing with nerves rather than the conviction they had before the deduction, that was the point I was making

Honestly past caring now. Any fight against the establishment was sucked out of me on Sunday when we were humiliated in front of the nation again on national TV.

It won’t happen because of the stadium, but liquidation wouldn’t actually be a bad idea.

I can't believe how good the club felt during the pandemic. A time when we were all locked in our homes and unable to enjoy the match. Then we go back and it's just been painful in so many different ways.

Now we finally look like a team again and then we get slapped with a 10 point deduction. I genuinely believe we're cursed.

When I watch other teams around the league moan, it's laughable. I've never known anything like Everton in my life.

I'm 50/50 on relegation this season mainly due to the teams around us being so bad and the possibility of our points deduction being reduced.

Saying that I have zero faith in Dyche especially at home.

I also find myself not really caring as much as I probably should do. The PL is boring and tailored to the SKY 6. What's the point, I used to watch any match in the PL, now I struggle to watch ours. Its all just very draining.

It's vital we don't lose to the teams around us at the very least, so Forest is a must win.

We have only lost 2 of our last 7 games and we have beaten the likes of Brentford, Palace and West Ham.

On Sunday, against one of the best teams in the league, we dominated in terms of chances.

We are also in the quarters of the League Cup.

I'm proud of the players and I'm confident that they will keep us up, despite this unprecedented and disproportionate punishment from the corrupt football establishment.

Thats is not surprising though , we bring it on ourselves .

When you give the other team 80% of the ball and allow them to play in your half and constantly allow players to enter and play in your penalty area … this is going to happen
I live for the day when a competent Everton side finally adapt to an 'attack is the best form of defense' mindset.

It's not a difficult concept to grasp - the longer you retain the ball, the less opportunities over 90+ minutes that the opposition will have to trouble your goal...

I actually haven’t bought into the ‘we are playing well’ narrative at all tbh. This is a poor side, we’ve dragged some better sides into dull, ugly football matches but we haven’t looked like a decent side for years now.
This is it. We don’t have a way of reliably winning matches except for smash and grab against even the worst teams and even then it isn’t decent quick counter attacking football, it’s just sit deep and get something from set pieces or worldies.
