The longer we leave it, difficult second half of the season will be, like last year. Needs to go now. He's getting the Southampton game mate IMO.

The fact we're in the bottom three and what they intend to do about it.Comment about what?
No.Other clubs also need to do something similar though don't they ?
If you are that incapable of selecting and backing a manager over time you deserve fleecing. Our owners expect instant gratification, but so do all rich and dodgy wide boys. The last thing they want to do is sack another manager and his entourage. It'll cost them another 10m to get rid. How do we know we even have that kind of wriggle room?
Do you remember when we sacked Martinez Lou? We wanted to pay him a few million and he wanted his full 12m. It went to an independent court and we had to settle on 10m, just for him. We then had to pay 5m to Southampton to get Koeman. Whikst he was Hollajd coach we were still paying him a severance package. We paid Watford a couple of million for Silva who then cost us a few million to sack him. Same with Allardyce.
I wouldn't be massively confident that we've got millions to sack another management team and then more millions to plough into another management team.
Five of our next seven are against teams around us.
The club need to do whatever it takes to ensure that we come out of those games in a better position than now. Other wise we are toast.
The question they must ask should be
Is Lampard the man to get the most points out of those fixtures versus a replacement?
I actually have convinced myself typing this that they will sack him after Utd and aim for a new manager bounce.
Whoever that may be.

By the S'ton game we need a couple of players in and possibly a manager to be announced either before or shortly after that game.Still a long way to go but we are in a worse position than last season for various reasons. The Board and others need to make some very smart decisions in the near future or this could get messy
That's the funny thing Macca, imagine if we brought a manager back who actually took us to court!
We very nearly did go down though. And I’ll tell you now that West Ham will finish above us.No.
Even though Southampton and West Ham are in worse form than us, and we have beaten both, them 2 and the rest around us will suddenly go from averaging less than a point a game to cruising to 35-40 points whilst we will be the only team that continues our poor form and we will go down with a whimper.
Like was predicted last season when the hysteria on here gained momentum.
You know they would as well Lou.
I've resigned myself to us getting relegated now mate and the 1 crumb of positive we'll see.from this sorry mess is the parasites who run our club will be outed once and for all and we'll dust ourselves down, wipe away the tears and we'll start again.
I do too. Although I'm not at all confident of that.Five of our next seven are against teams around us.
