I’m sure there are numerous occasions but I can’t remember the last time I’ve been home this early after a match , I just can’t face being out . Under the previous manager I was angry , last season I was energised but at this exact minute I just feel numb. From when we failed to capitalise on the gilt edge gifts presented to us by our opponents the end of the game, kind of felt inevitable. Tonight’s post-match pint wasn’t ranting and raving it felt more like a dour acceptance.

Teams that don’t score get relegated, teams that don’t take gifts from their opponents are looking at a fight to survive & teams that constantly put themselves in relegation battles seems to eventually stop escaping . I certainly hope we’ve got enough and let’s hope a couple of January additions mean we can pull away, but if our clubs plan to escape is relying on the fanbase then just I’m unsure how much we’ve all got left in us (hopefully I’m wrong and if required we’ll have loads )

Anyway onwards and upward hey blues .

If we hope Forest don’t get going then I think it’s nailed on two of the three to go down are them and Southampton. Are any of the other teams down the bottom worse than us. Absolutely not. As good as down and I’ll think we’ll be rock bottom soon unless we bring in strikers and a new manager.

Stop wetting the bed,we won’t go down

To match last season's tally of home wins going to need to win 7 of the final 11 games at Goodison. Bar an amazing new manager bounce I can't quite see how that's realistic based on lack of goal threat.

So upturn in away form needed but look at the fixtures over next two months....Man. City, Arsenal, RS, West Ham who need the points as much...might get lucky right at end of the season again playing mid table teams like Palace and Leicester but again this really dosen't look a side good enough to win three points on the road.

So you're talking about so much needing to change just to scrape 39-40 points and that's going to be much closer to 18th than last season when it was a four point difference in the end.

I see the often. Please provide your reasoning for this, all evidence at the moment points to us going down, and not even on the last day. All evidence points to us being rock bottom. How is looking at what is obviously in front of you ‘wetting the bed’?
My reasoning mate is that we are fourth from bottom and not actually bottom.
