I am not depressed with Everton. In fact I had a fantastic month without Everton. Only shame is we play again in 6 days, but at least we get Christmas first.

Imo we need at the VERY LEAST two attacking players to come in to have any hope of staying up.

If you don’t score goals you don’t win games.

This was blindingly obvious in August too, was an awful window tbh.

The media largely totally ignores how far we've fallen its just all lumped on whichever unlucky manager we happen to have at the time the fact we are run like a shambles is barely mentioned. We have become that much of an irrelevance that our struggles are to be expected the board love that.

You were saying there was nothing to worry about and that we would be comfortably clear of a relegation battle though. The people worrying about relegation were still right last season, and they’re right now.

What's the point in being negative about what's not happened.

Most players have had a good rest and the manager will have had time to work on things on the training pitch.

Goals are the issue and something that needs to improve. However, conceding only 17 goals through 15 games doesn't seem like a relegation team. Only 3 teams have conceded less in the PL so far.

That's a positive and a good base to build from. Think you've got more chance of avoiding relegation, and picking up points regularly, if you have the ability to keep clean sheets.

We’ve kept 4 clean sheets in 15 games, we don’t keep clean sheets.

If it was so wrong and bedwetty to start a relegation thread in July then this thread would be closed by now, as it happens it’s still open and on 211 pages. So the bedwetters were once again right as they were last season.

We've won 10 games in 15 months, I don't really see any point in pretending that everything is great.

I told you all along that there were more than 3 worse teams than us and we wouldn't go down and guess what?
