Will be interesting to see what happens with Leicester. Would be an awful advert for the league if they go down. They’ve literally done everything a non Sky six club is supposed to do in terms of building a team sensibly and giving a manager time, and now they find themselves unable to spend money, selling their top players, manager under pressure, and miles away from the top places.

Latest odds:

Bournemouth 1.33
Forest 2.10
Everton 2.75

Then a gap to the rest at 4.00 or longer.

Pretty sobering.
After tonight’s games we could still be out of the bottom 3 despite not winning a game yet.
In my view, our worst performance of the season so far was at Villa and they could be on 4 losses if Arsenal beat them tonight…Leicester don’t appear to be any great shakes either.
Hopefully, we are on a slow climb from relegation fodder last season to mid-table security. If the rumoured signings are made before deadline closes and other players start to return from injury I think we will be ok.
It won’t be pretty but we appear to be more resilient when faced with adversity which is a big change from the last few seasons.

Really thought Southampton would be in it but they’ve had a decent start - still we’re more solid now so should be competitive in most away games and hopefully we can pick up enough wins at goodison
Hate to live on Hope, should be nailed on at home for x10,12wins ,couple of draws ,thats us sorted every season.Fortress Goodison, go home happy.
Away, get that sorted 10wins your talking top Six happy fans.

Not just living in hope we stay up.

This day in 2004, we sold Wayne Rooney to Man Utd.£30million.
Today they would need £200million.
If AG stays with us two seasons, give Frank ,us a chance to get European Football.
Deliver 20+goals, 10assists, win lots of games, top 8 this season if Frank gets in the players he wants.

AG could be worth £150million, his contract , £15million a year.New stadium.
Stay with us that first season very least.

We need another beast of a 9 to go with DCL ,Maupey.
Just kept the hottest property in foitball AG £60million.
Lets see what Frank can secure in the next 28hours.
Then for Gods Sake put this crap to bed.
Lets get on win footy matches , secure points and shut up the doubters .

That includes me.??????coyb

It would give out all the signals sky wanted to give out. Don't attempt to gatecrash our top 6 party
, its by invite only. You gatecrashed therefore you must be punished,

The financial rules are there to keep the "so called top 6" where they want to be. Nothing more nothing less. They'll have written the rules.
