Need to somehow pluck a decent manager and a couple of players out of thin air to stand a chance. It's not going to happen. Looks like us and Southampton are the ones which will be cut adrift. This squad won't get much more than 28-32 points.

We had more pionts at this stage last season .

We need to hope Southampton get cut adrift and Bournemouth collapse. No idea who we could sneak past to get 17th place though. Tougher than last year.

Genuinely don’t think we can afford to give him the Southampton game.

I can only think that they’re giving him United which we’re certain to lose so that let’s say Dyche can come in on literally the easiest game we could possibly have at home to them.

If that match can’t kickstart a new manager bounce and try to instil some confidence then we truly may as well pack it in.
