I just can’t understand why we perform so poorly at home compared to when we’re playing away from home. It’s inexplicable. I haven’t been to Goodison for a while now due to health reasons, but you’d think with the fans behind the players and the manager that we’d perform better at Goodison.

tactics suit away matches on occasions. I believe we stand off at home and therefore the crowd gets agitated and it then has a negative influence. every single manager who has come in claims to understand this. all start well and then all fall into the trap of forgetting the basic idea everton must be on the front foot at home from minute one.

We are about half way in the season and indeed many points available still...issue is forest is starting to improve so is wolves...both us and Southampton are going one way. We need to break this bad run ASAP.
