Just reading match reports from yesterday and apparently Forest owner went down the tunnel towards dressing room at final whistle as he didn't like the subs Cooper did at 1-0 up.

He needs a win at Leeds as I can't see them getting anything at Villa.
Leeds are better at home and Nottingham Forest have a very suspect away record...points to a draw at best IMO. That and a number of Leeds displays have perhaps outstripped results.

In general yes, but not always. Its interesting, you dont typically get a huge bounce from managers so late on.

Think it's a big risk sacking Rodgers IMO.

As for Dyche, we are better than under Lampard, but too early to say beyond that really.
I think the timing of the World Cup has thrown people.

We are in April but there is still a quarter of the season left.

Southampton are flying

I dont think he's had a bounce. Not a dramatic one where the first number of games are won.

He's notched up points consistently.
Dyche has only won 3 League games. Two of those were in his first three games beating Arsenal and Leeds. I would call that a new manager bounce.

Just read that Chelsea paid £21m to buy out Potter’s Brighton contract, and then just paid £60m to sack him and his team.

Does that money factor into their FFP/P&L calculations?
Yes, but be shocked if they have "paid" him off, I would imagine he will be paid his wage till he finds a new job.
