Transfer Rumour Reinier Jesus

Clever signing if we can get him and he gets a permit. However I would rather we prioritised our urgent needs now than future prospects, hopefully that's in hand though.

That doesn’t seem to be the way they work though. If someone is heavily linked, they’ll contact someone at the club and get a thumbs up or a thumbs down.

If they rubbish a link, that player just ain’t coming.

I doubt they just get on the phone to brands and get the thumbs up or down on transfers friend.

99.9% of transfer roumors are rubbish. Getting that right is only really 0.1% margin for error. The echo treats everton like poo why anyone would think they have inside information is beyond me.

I never mentioned Brands specifically, but the Echo 100% get legitimate information from somebody at the club.

Phil Kirkbride is clearly trusted, and so is Prentice.

They’re not the daily Star.

You say their trusted but kirkbride completely embarrassed himself on Monday with the delph shout.

I can't think of one player they've broke for a very long time. They just say no to most players (which isn't hard). Then when somebody else breaks a transfer jump on that.

I haven't been keeping up, but I can't see this happening.

Only the super clubs can afford to take a risk like that and take that sort of loss if it goes wrong.

We don't really have any room for error in the market, and I think that this in part contributes to things being concentrated to such a degree in the last week or two of the window.

Brands would be putting his job on the line with this sort of gamble, playing with money we barely have.

If it comes off, I think we have to assume that there is funding available far beyond what immediately meets the eye. Whether it means Moshiri has far more money than is reported, or others are more involved than would seem in the background we don't know (could potentially be both).

If "USM" are involved it's the sort of deals I could see them being happy to front. They are traders. The guy will gain value.
