I haven't been keeping up, but I can't see this happening.
Only the super clubs can afford to take a risk like that and take that sort of loss if it goes wrong.
We don't really have any room for error in the market, and I think that this in part contributes to things being concentrated to such a degree in the last week or two of the window.
Brands would be putting his job on the line with this sort of gamble, playing with money we barely have.
I don't think I'm the only one with a cross to bear with this transfer.
