If you go to the memberslist, you can sort by rep. It won't tell you who gave it to who but it will tell you where people stand in terms of rep on the board.

I also think if people are big enough to give neg rep out, then they should be big enough to say who it's from.

I'm not bothered about anyone knowing it was me that gave them bad rep but you get some saddos giving you it back out of spite, the thread starter being a prime example. I remember freely admitting I gave someone bad rep once & got about 4 in return for it so it's 1 of those, do you put your name on both good & bad rep or neither?

Personally I think a lot of people take it far too seriously, so somebody on the internet dislikes something you've said on a forum, ******* whoopee
