Realistic Dreamteam For Next Season

Yeah but with the body of a 40 year old lol

Gibson will NEVER last a full season so he cannot be first choice (in my opinion of course... something which you are all welcome to whether you want it or not muahahahhahaha)

But yeah, lots of rotation needed next year and I think Moyes's main stumbling block is he knows he needs a very decent FULL squad of players for the next step and not just 13/14 first team regulars.

But yeah, this is just my pick and it is a massive pipedream from what will end up being the truth
What kind of crack have you being smoking . First you say we could get lampard And now your saying gibbo should not be first choice . Deary me

I never said we could get Lampard, someone else mentioned him and I said I would love to have him here, but only if he was not the highest earner.

Look, I don't rate Gibson as important as some others. Not saying he is gash but I just think that he is not fit enough to play every game.... so he could never be in MY first choice team. Much better for him to be used in rotation to keep him fresh.

Get your realistic dream first 11 out then instead of just typing "deary me/crack" related replies!

Love the way people are picking apart my dream first 11 without either

(A)Sharing their own choice of first 11
&
(B)Failing to grill me over selecting Stones when most know F-all about him!!

Alright then
Howard
Coleman. Jags. Lescott. Baines

Gibson. Fer
Mirallas. Honda. Pienaar
Jelavic
Thats as realistic as it can be . Not playing an 18 year old right back from barnsley in his first proper season . Theres a reason moyes said hes one for the future and not now. Barkley wont start the first 11 everyweek as hes not matured yet . We wont have the funds for negrado . Also why have you based your team on a 5-3-2 formation when moyes has used it once

(A) I love Jelavic but I wouldn't have him in my dream team, and Negredo is untried in English football, which is why I went for the Rooney/Benteke option.
(B) Stones looked quality warming up on the touchline yesterday, can't grill you for that, his stretching technique was something to behold. Seriously though, I'm all for blooding some youth, it has to be the future without mammoth investment, I'm not against someone like Lescott but I'd rather Duffy got his chance first.

Because I liked the formation and it was my fantasy :) Makes sense to use wingbacks if you have them and prefer Coleman going forward over defending.

lol quality :) I firmly believe that all the Jellyfish needs is another class striker up with him to stop him having to be the only out and out striker - get him back to being a poacher and his goals will return.

Stones is boss at the running fast with high knees bit too ;)

My cloning machine is well under construction.

Howard
Coleman Jags Lescott Baines
Gibson Fer
Mirallas Honda Pienaar
Negredo

Fer - Funded by the money we currently have with the Tv money and odd bit we have lying around which we used in the bid when we went in for him.

Negredo, Honda and Lescott- Negredo for 13 million in the end after a hard fought battle with their chairman over a price acceptable by us. Honda also on a cut down price which I would say 5 million as he contract is up in December and for a player of his ability (from what I have seen) then 5 million is nothing. These transers being funded by the sale of Fellaini who will be sold for 25 million which leaves us with 7 million which I would like to Lescott come in to reform his and jags amazing partnership but I just can't see this transfer going through.

This would leave us very strong for next season and hopefully some nice passing on the floor instead of lumping it up to the big man. Although lets face it, still probably will happen.

Realistic dreamteam makes no sense.

But I like your team.

Doubt it will be anywhere near that bit I like it none the less.

lol yeah, bit of a paradox like, but all I meant was your ideal team for next season whilst still remaining realistic.

Bad title but definitely not the worst on here :P

Anyone who proposes an Everton team without Darron Gibson in it needs to be locked up.

What if I put Neville on the bench instead of Gibson then? Only joking... even I am not THAT feckin mental!

I just see Gibson as a squad player (a really bloody good one) - purely because of fitness.
