Probably, but also the Dutch league and the Prem are rarely mixing well that way, so I can see how young players won't want to move, even before going for the fact of our current stature being non-existent.

Now highly rated Serbian wonderkid Andrija Maksimovic is apparently travelling to the club! (back up by Kicker), holy moly they're cooking this Summer.
