RANGERS

Just grow up, quit your bellyaching and take your beating
Maybe you should actually make an effort to go to see your "heroes". I'm a season ticket holder at Morton so rarely miss a game, but have gone out of my way to watch Everton and Juventus this year and hope to do the same next year. Genuinely can't believe the lengths you go to to defend and "support"? a team you have never actually seen, have you even seen Everton?

Well they didn't get smashed all over the shop.Whether people think Rangers are dead or alive.Old Rangers new Rangers, whatever you want to call them Rangers. We do have a title race this year.Rangers also threw away points from winning positions during this season.Really this seasons Rangers are a huge improvement, on the Warburton/Caixinha era.I think a little warning shot, was fired at the green side of Glasgow earlier.I think Celtic now know that there is going to be, an actual title race this year. But it's all a process, and Rangers are doing a lot better than i expected this season.Although with all that said Slippy G is still a tosspot, and a poor excuse for a human being in my eyes.:)

No certainly not one of my better predictions to be fair mate.

I thought Rangers were good value for the win. Celtic seem to have a younger squad/team out and it showed, they couldn't get into their stride and the controlled aggression of Rangers really won out.

Though it pains me to say I thought Gerrard managed the game very well. I thought the egotistical get would let emotion get the better of him and have Rangers players much too pumped, playing to the neanderthal monarchists in the crowd. He was very calm though and felt that translated onto the pitch. As you can imagine it's pretty painful to write that even 2 days on, but well done to him.

It was a pretty awful day all ways round. Gerrard wins. Liverpool win. Everton lose. Spurs lose and go further behind. We end up falling further down the league table. Awful day, but such is life, there's always tomorrow!

I wasn’t sure he had it in him but I thought Gerrard tactically got it right and the team performed at the top of their game , 1-0 flattered Celtic . I don’t know if the rangers players forced that performance out of brown or its age catching up with him but he was very poor . Still a long way to go but could at least be interesting.

Brown isn't technically gifted whatsoever.
That's why he never pushed himself by trying English football.
Bit like Barry Ferguson of rangers who did try at least and failed.
I know wee Baz could play a bit ,but both those captains brought something to the table other than footballing skills or in Brooners case lack of.

I’ve personally doubted whether brown was good enough for the prem but he’s always been inspiration but he was pushed around the other day and was severely lacking .

....the folk at Rangers analysed the games Celtic struggled in and it was generally against teams who played at high-tempo and pressed. Rangers adapted the strategy and it worked a treat.

Rangers challenge will now be to keep up with Celtic which will be very difficult given their propensity to drop points. I imagine Rangers will need to recruit in January.

Well i couldn't care less how successful or unsuccessful Gerard is with Rangers. As far as im concerned,he will forever remain a loathsome and detestable individual.

Noticed that you've not only liked several posts after mine, but also replied to a post, but not mine...hrmm!?
Anyway, Happy New Year Corcaigh. Would defo buy you a pint if yer ever in Glasgow or Liverpool at the same time as me.
Meant to say, was clearing out some drawers and found an old Cork City top, the Guinness sponsored one. Bought it when I was in Cork early 90's, not a Cork City fan, but like Guinness :pint2:
