I don’t accept the premise you present to be honest mate. We’re worse then last season in my opinion, particularly at the moment.

Well those after Moyes didn't fare too well also. Only using Moyes as an example to how blind a fanbase can be regarding bad runs. It happens to almost all teams that are not established top 4 teams because there is not much to choose from those outside the top 4..............hence the bad runs for the last 20 odd or more years. Can I ask why the old days have now shortened to about 5 years and football was so different in those days? 2-1 West Ham by the way
