On second base ?No police anywhere, one lad had a baseball bat - it was rumoured the EDL were on there way via social media not a policeman in sight for a large gathering .... It's been well reported ... as where the hell where they?

The Sky News crew was followed by a man in balaclava holding a knife after speaking live from Birmingham. The man stabbed the tyre of Sky broadcast van but didn’t damage it, so the crew was able to drive away.news.sky.com
