I've just been made aware of the extremely sad news that my old schoolmate "Jonesy" passed away suddenly today. Being part of the 'kipper family he was a staunch Evertonian and got involved in many activities and events related to the club.

He was just 24 years old.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family in what must be unbearable heartache for them considering the sudden circumstances.
