Never rated the lad even at PSV i always thought he was just a very fast headless chicken. If he'd played for the likes of stoke for years he wouldn't have been a standout player for them.

He benefited from pace energy and the fact that he got a lot more space in the attacking end than most playing for Utd. Finished decent too. He would have been a nice player for us and I wouldn't have minding him on this squad at all.
