Pure Rumour - Heitinga to Inter £10m

The Turks are too clever for us , they reduced the offer for Yobo & substantiated the £4.5m deal for Heitinga (now with brilliant terms for him) & basically told us to decide who we sell. We could end up selling Heitinga for rubbish money and keeping Yobo who the manger doesn't want on brilliant wages

So it is the Turks who reneged the agreement , why is it our fault then?

Can someone sum up to me what is happening with Heitinga? I couldn't find anything in the pages of board hate.

Unsubstantiated transfer rumours and board hate go hand in hand now. Kenwrong out first Baines left and now this.

call there bluff- get yobo back, tell them to feck off and refuse any contact with them. transfer list yobo again on the open transfer market.

This.

Whatever we do don't let our player of the season go for half of his f*cking worth.

So essentially its not our fault at all, the Turks have unsurprisingly pulled out to try and drive the price down yet again knowing we need the money the sign Pienaar.

Wouldn't call that clever, more unprofessional and deceitful.

I'm trying to leave a few bits out but we've created the situation ourselves mate, I'm not here to smash the board but the Yobo deal should have been done and we thought we could sell both to them (which Is what Bluefox's posts last night relate to ) but they only want one and we've been out manoeuvred . We've effectively been ' hoisted by our own petard ' , it's a best a mess and doesn't reflect particularly well on us or the Turks although from a purely business type way 'they've had us over ' like us and other clubs have done to rangers over players.

I'm not here to hammer the board but what I've posted is what's happening

exactly, it doesn't really take a genius to configure. obviously this would depend on yobo, but why don't we offer him to one of fener's rivals for the same price, stick a big two v's up to them. still that doesn't take a genius to configure (hence me suggesting it) but we sadly are not controlled by anything remotely close to one genuis

Im pretty confident Yobo and Heitinga would go for more on the transfer market that what the Turks are offering however its their wages that would be the stumbling block for any interested party

who thought it would be a good idea to sell another player to a club that has messed us around for 2 years over yobo.absolute madness.

Sheedy,I have followed your information on Kipper for a number of years and imo you are one of the very few itk around. As you point out yourself some things you know about because of your contact, others you don't.

Ultimately I think the Yobo deal will get done.No matter what deal the Turks offer Heitinga I am not sure that a player at the height of his game will want to play in the Turkish league. He is already earning a fortune and will want to continue playing in a major league.

do you know what i absolutely hate all in charge of our club right now, that rusty balled haggis will be absolutely delighted to get rid of jonny so he can have that oaf jagielka at the ball falling over everywhere and hoofing it out aimlessly, i guarentee you this has made moyes day that he doesnt have to find a reason to get Jonny out of CH, like when he was 'resting' him last season

im on the edge here that ginger bell, 12 mill for that 50p headed, club footed meff and we sell Jonny for 4.5, enjoy the crap football and slow start, cause moyes has yet again forgotten the lessons learnt halfway through the season

Not sure Moyes is to blame for this one mate..

dont want to go off topic, but never ever rated him as highly as others, even in his peak run of form he made clumsy mistakes, if the turks were offering 4.5 for him the club would dismiss it out of hand, but its quite clear they'd like rid of Jonny, who did as much to turn our season around as anyone
