Protest Time

Alan, consider that perhaps what a large part of the supporter base is looking for at the moment is solutions to the perilous situation the club finds itself in. Instead of further headaches that would compound the issues.

There's a lot of posters on this forum who have raised issue with the board. I just don't think protesting at this time, is going to help. In fact it would be counter-productive and damaging.

Fair enough I can understand that.

Maybe when we are clear of trouble questions need to be asked?

Agree Watford has to be like a bear pit

Ok I should have changed the title to why aren’t we asking more questions?

We don’t have a clear objective we don’t know who has which roles at the club, no better example than Mr Walsh.

Why is Robert Elstone on the board of directors when he’s been proven to be a failure?

Why is Kenwright still involved, is Moshiri there as a way he can keep power?

This mess we are in now is more deep rooted for me than one bad window does nobody agree?

Now, that's more like Whicker's World.

We’ve waited 25 years for it and I do feel certain individuals who have a controlling stakes etc. arent up to the task to try and do what you say above.

You seem quite into the club being family run and so forth, what was your opinion on the club having dossiers on fans who they seen as trouble due to their opinions ?

I have no idea what you are on about so don't know if its true or not but that would be pretty standard in any business. There are some proper loons out there so its best to stay ahead of the curve.

Its not just our club, every club should be for the community ahead of anything else. Doesn't matter if its a Bayern Munich (who are boss at that type of thing too) or Barnet.

Didn’t expect that, didn’t expect many of the European Giants to be great in the local community

Who to protest against? The ex manager? He's dropped us in the shoit. Not Unsy's fault. Team and squad is a mess of bad signings, young players(some of whom have carried some International players in these tough times), and no striker. Grim times ahead.

Ok fair enough but why is one still here?

I think the boards tactic was to build a “hype train”.

Take a “highly rated” manager and a scout who helped Leicester with the league to be fair, although if you do your homework you’ll find Kante was actually highly rated before Leicester got him (few big clubs interested) Mahrez was a steal but Vardy was a night out liability although not sure if Walsh was involved with him?

Seriously what are you going to protest about? That we bought the wrong players in the summer? Or that we sacked because we are losing every week? Or perhaps that our caretaker manager is working with the players we bought that aren't right for our team? We need to get behind the team, help them. Yes we need a new manager, but protests won't help.

I'm protesting by not going to matches.

Also, how is protesting going to make the team better? Are Crystal Palace fans protesting? Have protests ever made a team get points?
