I think we have probably thought in this scenario that there would be a backlash if we were to vote against it, so let others who have a far bigger truck in the matter to scupper it.

Even if they do get that far with a majority of clubs going for it, still no guarantees it will get to kicking a football and time is ticking on.

Isn't this the 750 odd million that could be withheld? Once you divide that by 20 you are talking 37 million per club. Of all the money we have wasted over the years on Niasse, Martinez, Koeman, Klaassen, Sandro and especially Bolasie that would be the best 37 million we have ever poured down the drain.

The bit I read was that they were using only 4 or 5.

From memory, Bournemouth, Brighton, Villa, and City. Maybe another one, but cant recall.

They had to be non residential, modern, (wide tunnels etc), plenty of other things that would enable social distancing and easy for police to keep fans away.

Exactly as you say , it does seem these ideas are the equivalent of them waking up on Monday to see “water , helicopter , space monkey , $$$” written down and submitting them to the press . only on a Monday you realise it makes absolutely no sense whilst the Premier League seem to be sticking with the 5am greatest idea ever narrative .
