It's like shooting fish in a barrel at the moment because they can't uphold their thinly veiled guise: their heads are falling off all over the place with each new day.

If somebody claims there is a fair comparison between the needs of restarting the league and schools (with economic links), they need to give their head a wobble.

They’ll find reasons or arguments for anything.

they all became professors of the History of the Spainsh language when Suarez was done for racism.

They’re a cult and will protect their own beliefs at any cost.

disgusting club and a stain on this city

Why is that a reply to mine, did you read my post?

I expressed pretty much those sentiments you express above, saying its only 'unfair' in football terms.Oliver Holt said in his article voiding was unfair, I am not Oliver Holt.

To quote my post

"Oliver is letting his heart rule his head, he wrote last week how grossly unfair voiding is, especially in denying Liverpool (and Leeds). I very much agree (in football terms), but there may be a far bigger picture outside this football bubble

"but there's a much bigger real life context to this. Football just doesn't really matter in this situation"

To make it absolutely clear I think football exists within a totally self centred bubble of self interest, and is showing an absolutely wreckless attitude trying to restart a completely unimportant activity while people are still desperately trying to stop people dying with a worldwide pandemic a million times more important.

Frank Lampard expresses concerns as to who and what really matters, he shows concerns about why does football even matter

just to repeat...

i am not Oliver Holt
Yeah I was kinda replying to Holt's comments as supporting your post. Chill bro.

Was blocked by that Holt years ago. Man is hated in the sports world these days and so doesn't get exclusives or interviews anymore. Instead he's had to resort to being a shock jock/professional troll.

Ignore him, he's a clown.

Watched a bit of Sunday supplement this morning and the penny finally seems to be dropping that football really isn’t that important after all.

Yes tbf after vilifying him on here, Oliver Holt actually spoke some real sense this morning, even Darren Lewis wasn't as one-eyed as usual being a red, Matt Lawton decent too.
