Unbelievable this reaction.

It’d be interesting to see what reaction a theoretical “Prof. Dennis Barrett-Baxendale” would be getting if he had the same career path and he’d accomplished the same as Denise with EitC, and had the same positive (even glowing) reviews from those who’d worked with him.

Not saying all the naysayers fall into that category, but I’d wager the overall reaction wouldn’t be nearly so negative.

Made a great start as far as I'm concerned. We needed wholesale change, we all wanted that, so to see this as an evertonian is very welcome.

I would really like to believe, and hope, that today's dealings have her hands all over them. It's long been mooted that the tanned fraud was leaving and hopefully she was given the task of dealing with the situation the club was in from that point.
It's a new decisive approach, clean, business like. Her statement over the lardarse going was perfect, dismissive in its being innocuous.
I hope she was instrumental in the plan, timing and execution (pun intended), that Moshiri assessed and then outlined what was needed, and she delivered. If so, it is indeed a new broom and bodes well.
I also hope the Russian dude rips up all the crap contracts and renegotiates. Finch farm sponsorship alone must be worth 75 zillion to Usmanov now.

Been impressed with her so far. Not sure how involved shes been in the major decisions yet, but her statements seem to be geniune, intelligent and well done rather than generic pr.
