Might be worth investigating who 'Heidi Fleiss' is. By that I mean there has always been someone making a buck selling fresh meat to those prepared to pay. A couple of people have made it to the gallows this time, it won't prevent the appetite. Watch the 'Wire', as soon as the cops emptied one corner selling crunk or whatever another gang stepped in within minutes.

TBF it is a bit misleading to even mention Fleiss in this debate - she was a madam dealing with consenting adults, whereas Maxwell, Epstein and Brunel et al were dealing with kids.
More a comment on the nature of that world. And I'm unsure on the age limits on Fleiss' 'menu' so to speak.
All very sordid, and with Epstein and Maxwell having been involved for so long it makes you wonder what tipped the train over.

This is the consequence (probably deliberate consequence) of every media outlet pointing at Prince Andrew for the last few years. He was never going to be extradited, so therefore no-one faces justice (rather than all the people who were already in the US and who in theory could easily have been dealt with).

Given that Fleiss was charged and some of her clients (and workers) went through a court process where almost all of what went on was disclosed, I am not sure why you are unsure.
There is a world of difference between a madam running a stable of women who sleep with rich people for a lot of money, and a couple of obscenely wealthy politically connected people deliberately going after very vulnerable girls under the age of consent and then raping them. The fact Fleiss was only convicted of tax evasion whilst Epstein and Maxwell were done for noncery should prove that, as should the fact that a lot of Fleiss' clients were exposed, whereas as we've seen very few of Epstein and Maxwell's were in court.
There is also a bit of an unpleasant implication that the people that Fleiss and Maxwell procured were in some way equivalent (ie: in it for the money), which for the victims of Epstein, Maxwell and Brunel is completely misleading.
I do not hold any faith here.
I wasn't equating worker vs victim.
I was comparing the appetites of "some" although with no actual proof regards asking for "the younger the better". And the wealthiest get off whilst the underlings carry the can? See my comment on faith.
Re Maxwell, if they were going to bump her off I reckon it'd have happened by now, she'll serve a quarter of her sentence and be back off into hyper rich obscurity. (For the record I don't like any of them!)
