I prefer to think of it as I'm getting paid to crap when I do it in work. I get nothing for it at home.

Haha I have this same scenario with opening my nuts. Everyone always asks me to get nuts that have already been de-shelled. But this process sees me get paid for 10-15 mins of opening nuts

about 23p per unit (unit being a bog-roll in this case). At that cheap price, there's little to support the claim "doing #2s at work is driven by household budgetary considerations". Many GOTers have commented that they'd rather leave a nasty smell at their workplace. In my opinion, that's a little selfish.

How sensitive to the price fluctuations on bog-roll is your household ...and could it impact your decision toward entertaining doing #2s at work ?. Esteemed GOTer @maccavennie has recently spent time in the FF toilets and has shed valuable light on Marco's preference to taking a dump at work. I would be very surprised if this is due to any increase in his household's bog-roll spend.
