Moyesy used to bring them regularly up here to Scotland, it would be good to see Everton again locally.

I used to love those pre-seasons in Scotland, I would ride up on my motorbike and tour around in between the games. Did the same when we did one down the south west when we played Exeter, Plymouth and Yeovil.

I don't know why we always play ludicrous pre season games. I don't know why we don't play a team a better team at GP such as Juventus, Barcelona or Dortmund. Even a team like Ajax or Frankfurt would be good. Playing useless teams at stupid times so fans can't even go to games, such as Scottish teams midweek don't help. I'd rather play Porto away, for example give our fans the chance to go abroad to watch the blues. Also playing average sides seems to mean that we end up starting the season unprepared. Our awful pre season in 2014, led to us starting appallingly, I just wish the club would chose games that the fans could get behind and give the team the chance to play quality opposition.
