I'm in Taranaki, yeah we are playing the top team this weekend, 6 pointer really. They killed us last time around, but we were missing a few of our best players. Hoping we can really pull one off against them!

First pre season game back last night , well 2nd , but that was abandoned after 20 minutes after an opponent suffered a horrible knee injury .

Beat a team a couple divisions below us 4-0 , decent start .

Just been told the team i'm joining are currently on a 42 match unbeaten streak.....and now they've signed me.

So ended up beating them 1 nil! Only 3 points off the top of the table with 5 games to play, just got to keep going how we are and hope they slip up. Fantastic day, slightly pished, totally worth it! Gonna be sore tomorrow.

Played 5 a side Thursday, won 12-10, wasn't my best performance played woeful, set up a couple of goals though

Last time i played i sprained my ankle fell into the post and sprained my wrist trying to head one home. Missed aswell.

I've agreed to 'one more year' with the Sunday side I signed for last season.

Having come out of retirement to help a mate's club with their reserve side last year (all young kids from 16-21 with no experience) I had my knee ligaments torn after a nasty tackle in November and that was that. I'm keen to stop playing on my terms, not someone else's so will give it another bash.

I rarely play at the back (other than in nets) as I used to have a Frank Sinclair knack for the old og too.

I play for my college at uni's 2nd XI side and occasionally the firsts.

I was captain of the seconds last year and we were playing some decent stuff, hoping to mount a promotion push this season though a scheduling conflict with classes means I might miss most games.

The standard is awful but that suits me as I'm rubbish.

I play in goal; 6-a-side. We lost our last game 5-2. We were (some how) 2-1 up at half time; but I couldn't hold back the flood. One of my defenders scored an own goal right at the end, just to cap it off.
