It would only be relevant if the poll asked to rate this window versus previous windows. It doesn't.
The circumstances are different for each window. We have different goals and constraints. You can't compare the incomings/outgoings window to window in isolation without considering the full context. For example, previous windows we have had tighter financial constraints and may have done well to scrape out a deal for a starting 11 player, versus this window we have/had some funds and failed on our stated primary goal of bringing in a playmaker.
Say next year we get a decent amount of funds for transfers and we only get a couple of squad players. Would that still be a good window because 6 years ago we signed Gueye, Beckford, Mucha etc.
