what game were you watching?

villa did a profesional job on us there lad. get your head from up your arse were down to eighth and won only one game at home all year. not good enough. you keep on pretending its sound though.

Hey pal, I'm not [Poor language removed] happy either. I'm not happy that we gave away three stupid goals, and if you bother to look at my posts and not have your own head up yours and [Poor language removed] Tony Marsh's arse then you would see my opinions on Moyes and the rest.

But I'm not going to sit here and say Villa were amazing and they did a professional job because they attacked three times and scored three times, helped incredibly by our shocking defensive frailities.

However, we still had some positive play, we attacked, we went all the way till what we all thought was the last seconds and that is commendable.

There are some positives to take out of the game, and I am not going to pitify my own life by just taking away constant negativity out of a game which in all honesty is just that, a [Poor language removed] game.

My personal life and those around me are far more important for me to become a bitter and twisted football fan who loves nothing more than pissing and moaning about something he can do [Poor language removed] all about.

Yes I have my moments, but I also have my positive moments too, and its not all doom and gloom. You can't see that, then you may as well [Poor language removed] off now.

Ok Pal?

since when have i been your pal?

pretend all you want but you know the score. just not good enough.

if you were brave enough to say it then you would get more respect.

I was fuming at the final whistle but that was because It was such an annoying way to lose. I've calmed down a bit now and can see lots of positives. Villa are set up for counter attack defend well, and have a top rate goalie. considering this and our lack of attacking options, plus the midfield hasn't had a settled look all season, we did pretty well. We scored two, had a good shout for a penalty, one off the line, and a good save from Friedel off Tim, a Yobo header just wide. They got the start all sides dream of, especially counter attacking sides and could play the game tactically the way they wanted.
The worry is the goals against. Normally you'd write it off as a freak, but that kind of defending has been pretty much the norm this season.
To sum up, we out played one of the top teams and made some West Ham fans smile at the irony of it all.

From you? Mr 12 posts. Who the [Poor language removed] are you?

I don't need to gain no respect from nobody. What will that get me? Idiot.

I know what we have at present is not good enough, but what the [Poor language removed] can be done? Do we have millions? No we don't. So we have to make the best of it.

I refuse to be a bitter old Evertonian just because the club have not been able to get enough money to compete in a league that has long lost its character.

For me, the buzz of an Everton goal going in is something I look forward to. If we win/lose/draw its all about being entertained, and I was entertained today. Against a side who have a real gem in Ashley Young. Its no disgrace to lose against a side who is above you in the league. Disappointing but not the end of the world. That's in 2012, and I'm not going to spend the rest of our time being bitter.

So there. Pal, mate, buddy, chum, friend.

Two clueless also-ran Premiership sides knocking the ball around without rhyme or reason for the most part...or as Moyes described it: 'it was an old-fashioned British game. We had a right go'.

it's not getting you any, maybe you are part of the "respect" campaign, cos thats a shab as well. i've heard your name mentioned and thought you was some regular poster who had left for some reason, then i realised ....they were all saying you were a tit, now i know why.

villa weren't good at all, they got away with dragging us down and fouling all game, 3 times the ball upfield worked, the other times they just looked [Poor language removed] as there was no-one there for it. we have to look at this as we gave it to them as they certainly weren't better than us.

for a change i came out of g.p. thinking how the feck did we lob that away? how did we lose ? the rest of our home games i've come out saying we were [Poor language removed] and didnt deserve a bean (except fulham, as 3 points over-rides performances every time in terms of post-match-mood) so many times this season we have had absolutely nothing about us, i dont feel like that today, although we still need to improve a lot. the names in this league have dry-bummed our defence so far and citeh have a couple that could do the same.

whatever mate. dont read my posts then.

It just makes me laugh that people like you come on say this and that about what needs to be done, but don't have any alternative opinions or suggestions.

Its almost like moaning for the sake of it. It really only needs to be on TW mailbag, as that's where it belongs.

We try and have discussions here about who we think should play and how they should play, and what we think should happen.

Its all good and well shouting the bollocks, but if you ain't got them to do anything about it, then what's the point?

Personally I think Moyes should have gone with Agard instead of Anichebe, because from what I have seen he looks more the player, and Victor does nothing for me. Other's disagree, and that's fine. Its all about discussion. But you **** players off and the manager and say sack the board, but offer no suggestions for making things better.

youve never had a clue lad.

villa wer great today did a real job on us. id give anything to have that oneil as our manager.

You sir haven't a clue.

"Villa were great today" ???

You're having a laugh. They were far from it. Yes, they created all sorts of opportunities on our goal as they had just about all of the possession.

Oh, wait, that didn't happen did it? But they were great today !!!

As for O'Neill, the master tactician. He didn't have a clue how to stop Everton from overrunning them time and time again. Love how he handled that. He didn't though. It was all hands on deck for Villa and we still scored.

Fact it Shabs, we don't make the mistakes and we win the game. It's really that simple. But other than all that, Villa were great !!!

Please don't make me spell it out for you again.
