Apparently its Everton who ask for the first derby to be at GP. They're scared of selling fewer season tickets for the start of the season if both the derby and Utd home fixtures were before the date when you can buy a half season ticket. Small time club? You bet.

Also it's not true. Unless I misunderstand his point, it doesn't make sense because both the goodison derby and united home fixture happened before the end of october last season.
