We won't sign anyone mate.

I've watched Moyes' interview on Everton TV and that confirms it.

We are absolutely [Poor language removed].
Well mate i seriously hope your wrong but i just can't see it however if you are right i will start a thread on the 2nd September saying Everyone say i told you so. If i can ask Cal what makes you so sure we sign no one. And 2nd if we do say sign 3-4 people what will your opinion be then?

I can just tell by Moyes interview.

And 3-4 is still not good enough.

Fair enough but surely if we sign 4 (which i know you think will not happen) surely that puts us just in the same shape as last season when we did so well and if we do sign 4 do you still think that we would be [Poor language removed]

You know it would be a little easier to be positive if we were assured that someone was actually doing something to rectify the apalling mess the club finds itself it. Instead the CEO resigns, the manager comes on Sky saying nothing is happening and the board appear to be without a pot to piss in. Meanwhile the whole [Poor language removed] World is signing players like it's a computer game. Sunderland have 120 strikers, we have Yak and 2 kids, 1 of whom is on the other side of the planet. This whole situation is a lesson in complete and utter mis-management.

Personally, I'd be happy with two solid midfielders. And I believe we won't be splashing all that money.

Carsley, Fernandes, AJ and McFadden are all players who a had a part in the play. We haven't replaced any of them. That's what makes us weaker. Cahill is somewhat injury prone, Anichebe has been at the olympics. So two more players we won't have available for the whole season.

The kids can play their roles, but it's not fair to lay the responsability on their shoulders.

We're not doomed, but we won't be progressing either.
