If we got a no.10/Attacking Midfielder/Playmaker or whatever, what happens to Ross?

He's either displaced or benched. Is this really what we want?

Ross has already said in an interview he sees himself eventually becoming a box-to-box midfielder and Barry commented in an interview he thinks Ross is miles better coming from deep so not inconceivable he drops back to partner McCarthy/Barry if we ever do get this mysterious number 10.

You could play all 3 together if we forgo wingers and buy another striker.

Still makes the wrong decision time after time because he's determined to go alone rather than pass
Doesn't mean he isn't looking to pass forward and put players in, indeed he's done it regularly this season. His decision making is much improved

"Barkley, in the English Barclays Premier League, has scored two goals this so far season, creating 16 chances and three assists. Barkley has completed 302 passes this season with a pass accuracy of 86%, of which 67% were forward passes."

Our priority should be a striker. In the absence of Lukaku for any reason, we have no cover whatsoever.
I know its flavour of the month to have a go at Tim Howard and he has cost us a few goals, but that goes for any keeper. Ask United and City fans about the goals De Gea and Hart have conceded this season.

Wouldn't we be better off signing a Mertens or a Nolito or even Bolasie whose best position is on the left instead. Yamolenko would be a quality player for us, but his best position is on the right hand side. We need more balance in the squad and signing Yarmolenko would not address that.

Not really as Martinez likes to have a tucked in winger on the left, hence cleverley doing that till his injury, Osman in his first season as well, Yarmo can play all the way across and up front in the past, so is really flexible, a no Brainer to get him in if at all possible
