Port



When my sloe gin is ready, I'll be decanting it, and then adding a bottle of port to the sloe berries. It's supposed to be lovely after a few months.
know a few foodies that've been making their own gin for about ten years, parma violets, skittles, star burst, various chilli types. the sweet ones were all so so, but the scotch bonnet sloe gin was bottled madness. In retrospect a straight shot probably wasn't very clever.

I'll be bottling my blackberry vodka at the weekend, it was delicious a month ago so looking forward to it. I'll be putting a bottle of brandy in with the blackberries, as with the sloes.
