While there are big payouts for being sacked no one is going to resign unfortunately. This is why we see a lot of clubs going into freefall until the board steps in and has to pay out.

My sons and I flew from Portugal to watch their first Everton match this weekend. Silva was on our flight to Lisbon this morning and spent time for a photo with my boys which was a nice touch, so maybe may opinion has changed a little. However, obviously the performance yesterday was not good enough, admittedly like many others, but unless Everton can get Pochetinno, I still choose him over Hughes!!!!
