nah, often was missing the end-product. Tidy player, tho'. Like Osman. Leon got more stick due to him being english but both were about on par.

Chill was fine and nothing negative. My only complaint is when folk start lauding him as some sort of great for us or a top class talent.
....I liked him lots, Charlie. He’s definitely my favourite of the modern era but I accept some are not so keen on him.
Kanchelskis was some player Spongey, I'm glad to say I got to watch him rip teams apart wearing our royal blue. I like Limpar too in spite of 'that' handball.
Baines surely. There's one serial detractor and there's always an outlier, so I'm inclined to put him in the list.
How about Carsley? My sense is he quietly earned a lot of respect from Evertonians without ever being spectacular.
