Tom Cannon played the 90 minutes in Preston's 0-4 home defeat v Norwich. Had a shot tipped onto the bar and got booked.

Astley scored and played the 90 minutes in Accrington's 2-0 home win v Bristol Rovers. Gibson didn't make the Rovers squad (injured).

Onyango was on the bench and didn't get on the pitch in Burton's 0-4 home loss v Shrewsbury.

Lewis Warrington played the 90 minutes in Fleetwood's home 1-2 loss v Oxford.

Dele Alli came on in the 90th minute for Besiktas away to Konyaspor with score 1-1. His team scored in the last minute of stoppage time to win 2-1. No assist for Dele though.

Gbamin didn't make the bench for Trabzonspor tonight (currently winning 1-0).

So, apart from Astley and maybe Dele Alli, a thoroughly miserable day for all Evertonians.

I'd say despite losing, Warrington getting consistent 90 mins is really good.
 


André Gomes is apparantly back in training but not fit enough to make the bench for Lille's 5-1 home win v Troyes.

As stated earlier Jarrad Branthwaite played the whole match for PSV as right side centre back in a back four. They were leading 2-1 away to (our old friends) Fortuna Sittard but conceded a penalty in the last minute of added time to draw 2-2. From the report I read, Branthwaite was not responsible for either of the goals. Great to see him getting regular game time.

Joao Virginia kept a clean sheet for Cambuur in a goalless draw away to FC Emen.

Niels Nkounkou should make his debut tomorrow for St Etienne at the bottom of League 2 (how the mighty have fallen)
 
Niels Nkounkou came on for St Étienne away to Niort after 76 minutes with the game scoreless (in League 2). Seems to have played left back. Don't know if he did anything useful but les Verts grabbed a vital late winner in this relegation 6 pointer.
 
Turkish Cup matches took place this midweek. Dele Alli's Besiktas drew 1-1 but were knocked out on penalties. Dele was on the bench but didn't even get brought on to take a pen.

J P Gbamin didn't make the bench for Trabzonspor's 4-1 away win.
