She has her belly and ears done. I think that's enough piercings for now.
I'm aware of the age thing, but all her friends have tattoos, and she's wanting one either on her back, or one circling her hip bone down towards her groin.

tell her all the negatives - it'll fade over time and need touching up, it WILL hurt and it'll hurt for days after. Its permanent - does she really want that at 70? etc.. and if she's still keen tell her if she still wants one at 18 you'll pay. Can't get fairer! I can't see a professional tattooist agreeing to do it, you'll get tattooists that'll come to your house no questions asked - i know a few, one had to contact loads of his schoolgirl clients and they had to have hepatitis tests! also, tattoo's should be done in a hygienic environment with sterile equipment, can't guarantee that at home. Scare her, sounds awful but you're gonna have to!
