Pienaar

QPR have been interested in Pienaar since January so theres no surprise why they wont be interested now. However, he snubbed them in Jan and he will snub them again. Its a non starter.

West Ham have bid £6m.

I'm not going to substantiate that though because this is a forum on the internet and I've said it bluntly, so it must be true.

The problem with that is that everyone knows we want Pienaar, with everyone from Moyes to Distin to the younger players all commenting publicly that we want Pienaar back soon. Also, everyone also knows we have very little money to spend, so can't afford to switch our attentions elsewhere. Everyone would know we're just fibbing.

I honestly would not be surprised if Moyes is interested in someone else. I could imagine he'd love Piennar here but I just couldn't see Moyes paying anything above a million or 2 for him, anything above that and I think he'd go for a younger player instead.

For example this Spanish lad with whom there is a ****ty link tonight or similar.

I really believe we'll either get Piennar for a million or 2 or sign him on a season long loan later in the window when he makes it clear he won't go anywhere else.

Think Spurs have got a cheek asking for anything over about £3m from us for him to be honest.

The player's made it known he wants to come back to us, and £3m would cover what they paid us plus his signing on fee, after they promised him CL football and left him sat on the bench for a year.

Levy is the chairman that non fans of Spurs absolutely hate, but if he was our chairman id ****in' love him.
Knows what he is doing for one. Knows how to deal with transfers. Levy is the man who got £18m off Stoke for Crouch and Pallacios.

By that logic, Mike Ashley is the best chairman in history.
