Player Valuation: £70m
Just been reading through the threads and it has already crossed my mind that the current Barcelona could be the best of all time. Subjective of course.
However, in todays game could we find a team from the rest of the world who would beat them?

Over to you guys.....I need a think about it as well!
Bit of fun, no right or wrong answer as they often say to me in failed job interviews....

Hmm, good one sir, picking only current players....

Casillas

Ramos, Luiz, Lucio, Baines

Fellaini Essien De Rossi

Ronaldo Neymar

Tevez

.....would still lose miserably

*may have got carried putting in Fellaini, just yet anyway

g: Casillas
lb: Baines
cb: Lucio
cb: Terry
rb: Maicon
lw: Bale
dcm: Pepe
dcm: Fellaini
cm: Sneijder
rw: Ronaldo
fw: Benzema

The style of football would best be described as niggly. Felliani would assist the back four generally, whilst Pepe kicked Messi at every opportunity.

The question for me is whether there is a team on the planet that can compete with Barca toe to toe in a footballing contest. Real tried to niggle them and get under their skin, as Inter did the season before. Is there a team capable of playing them off the park without resorting to such negativity?

I did wonder why nobdoy tries that, but nobody gets near enough!

This is my thinking Bruce, will even the best of the rest be good enough?
