This is a very good signing for United. Excellent centre back, and given time and good coaching, I think he'll make a proper holding midfielder.

Thats them sorted for the next ten years at the back with Smalling and Jones.

They make it look so easy. On the Rodders front they badly need a midfeild.

They do it well mate they pick up some players you would scratch your head at like Hernandes, Valencia, Smalling and then turn them top quality. I think the do it diffrently from the likes of City and Chelsea. A kind of balance between Chelsea and Arsenal.

Top to bottom they are the best. still need a midfeild though.

Jones has played defensive mid and centre half so they've covered 2 positions

They need a snijeder or modric most....and cheap but good defensive mid for cover for then cab be easily found

I guess thats assuming you consider Rodwell a Defensive midfeilder.
