tell them you intend contacting whoever it is that puts all of the work their way as well, depending on wether or not they are forthcoming with driver details etc for you to pass on.

I have got in touch with motorbility claiming (which is true) that it was their advert in the motorbility mag that attracted me. As when mobility is a problem .the wife is really poor at the moment its tempting to make one phone call and let someone else do the running round.but I wont do it again ,The son in law offered to do the running around but I hate giving anyone something to do for me I feel useless enough at times.Ok Kel give it your best Ive left myself openthe thing is I am happy with the car now except an alarm goes off every time I turn a corner and I haven't a clue why.I really must read the books that come with the car its funny how little things make a difference on the Scenic grande it had a electric handbrake just a switch on the dash,I keep forgetting to use the handbrake on this and the lights come on automatic now I have to switch them on I know its daft but the other night I was thinking the lights should be on now before realising.
