£24m for Baines? £10-£15m tops.
 

The most sickening thing for me is that we can't even afford to keep the players we produce. Just isn't right.

Jagielka wouldn't fetch that much money, and any money we got from him wouldn't be enough to get another 1st team centre back.

Barkley is quality yes, but he will leave Everton soon, and what if he is just another rodwell? Is it not best to sell him over the hype and when he isn't currently vital in the team? Rodwell we waited too long and we have probably lost about 8 million on him in a year thanks to him not living up to potential and getting injured
 
Knowing that at least one big name will go, I sincerely hope it's one of Jagielka or Rodwell, preferably Jagielka. I never thought I'd say that but CB is probably the position we are most comfortable in. Distin and Heitinga for me is the best CB partnership we've had since Jagielka and Lescott and Jagielka is too good to be sitting on the bench.

We can afford to lose one of those two but the likes of Fellaini and Baines are extremely important for us.

Moyes doesn't want to rip the guts out of the side. He'll be looking to shift players who he feels are expendable. We might be able to get something for Mucha and Yobo. He could decide that letting Spurs have Neville, if they're still interested, is viable if it gets us Pienaar. There isn't a lot of dead wood left after that, so he could decide to cash in on Anichebe and perhaps even Cahill. I'd imagine that he'd be loathed to lose too much experience at one time though and it will be a question of who Moyes wants and what individual players wishes are.

I think we'd only lose someone like Jagielka, Heitinga, Baines, Fellaini, Rodwell or Barkley is someone was offering silly money. Otherwise, I don't think there is the same pressure to sell that we experienced last summer.
 
is it me or is barkley only hyped up much inside goodison? other teams aren't going to be paying the reported amounts for him because they will all know pretty little about him. Its not like when man utd bought players like jones and smalling, theyd already played a whole season in the prem

United and Chelsea fans rave about how much they want him on twitter too, and they've probably never seen him kick a ball.

QPR have money and will defo need to sort their defence out if they stay up, maybe they could identify him as a target, doubt he'd go there though which would be a shame if they offer around £15mill for him
 
chelsea and arsenal will be buying come summer i reckon, am hoping chelsea go a bit mental and offer 15 mill for rodwell(if abramovich wants someone he will offer whatever)and arsenal buy jags for 10 mill
that wouldnt be too bad if we can buy a creative midfielder and a right winger or attacking right back
