Gray is a little unlucky to miss out but I think his best position is LW and so is Richarlison. RB is the biggest weakness and Gbamin once up to speed might take Allan's place.

If we went 4-3-3 Gbamin for Townsend and James RW.

4-4-2 Gray for James on LW and Richarlison partner DCL.

3-4-3 Holgate in as 3rd CB Townsend drops out James to RW.

Cannot understand how people are not putting Gbamin in the best 11 and want to continue with the central midfielders that we have had to endure for the past 12 months +.
Crazy thought but we are going to have to rely on Gbamin so much this year…. Let’s just hope he stays injury free

I know the bar is low, but a nice through ball against Accrington after two years out isn’t enough to make him our best midfielder.

Understand but fully expect Gbamin to be Doucoure and Allan in one….

providing his leg doesn’t fall off he has a lot to prove and I expect will be one of the first names on the team sheet by September.
